From Your First Day

Modern Learning Environment  Our classrooms are bright, spacious, and contemporary, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. Many rooms also offer stunning views over Galway Bay, creating an inspiring setting for learning.

Moodle & GBS Student Portal At Galway Business School, students are supported through two key digital platforms—Moodle and the GBS Student Portal—both designed to enhance learning and simplify student life.

Free WiFi Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the school to support your learning, research, and communication needs.  You will receive the password at Student Orientation. Also posted on the school internal screens

Large Student Common Area the Halla Mór is the central hub of campus life. It offers a welcoming space where students from around the world can come together, socialise, and form friendships in a relaxed, inclusive environment.

On-Campus Café The Chef Laura Rosso Café & Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the school building, providing a convenient on-campus dining option.

Student Support & Learning Experience GBS is dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive, and well-resourced learning environment that enables students to achieve their academic goals while feeling confident and comfortable throughout their time in Ireland.

Student Library The GCI student library has a huge range of reading materials from graded readers at different levels to novels and Irish Interest. 

Reception You can come to Reception at any time (before or after you lessons) with queries or questions.  We are here to help and support you. 

Other services If you need special assistance for medical reasons, if you require counselling or other services, GCI has a range of these available - please tell us or ask to speak in private. You can also email privately to info@gci.ie

Printing & IT Access Students have access to free printing facilities within the school. - there is free printing for all students in the small printing room in the reception area.

Ease of Access We have a lift / elevator in the school for easy access to all floors.

Outdoor Areas There is an outdoor deck, garden and paved areas around the school with parking for bicycles.

Bicycle & Scooter parking facilities are available for students travelling by bicycle or scooter.

Car Parking there is Galway Corporation parking at the rear of the building (ocean side).  At the moment, parking charges do not apply
