Would you like to welcome international students into your home and help them experience life in Galway?

At Galway Cultural Institute, our host families play an important role in helping students feel comfortable, supported and part of the local community while they study with us. Hosting is a rewarding cultural experience and a great opportunity to meet people from around the world, share Irish family life and create lasting connections.

We are always happy to hear from friendly, welcoming families in Galway who can offer students a safe and comfortable home environment. Host families usually provide a private bedroom, meals and the chance for students to practise their English through everyday conversation.
