Business English Communications Course in Galway, Ireland

What is a Study Abroad Year programme?

A Study Abroad Year (SAY) programme provides you with an exciting opportunity to live and work in a foreign country while you take a course of study to learn English.

These types of courses allow you to immerse yourself in the local customs and culture, meaning you will learn the language far more quickly. Lots of University students opt to fit in a year of studying or work experience abroad around their degree course.

At Galway Cultural Institute we recognise that these types of courses are increasingly popular, with languages now the most common subject for taking a year abroad – 33% of undergraduates choose this option. And Ireland has so much to offer the people that come here – from iconic scenery, world-famous heritage sites, and vibrant, modern cities such as Galway where you will be spoiled for choice with things to see and do.
