English Only Policy

We enforce an English-only policy

Galway Cultural Institute and Galway Business School operate an English only policy in class, in the building, on the school grounds and while you're taking part in any of the school's activities. We have this rule in order to ensure that all students gain the maximum benefit from their course and from their ability to communicate and interact with other students and personnel within the school. By speaking another language, you not only fail to learn yourself, but you also deny others from learning also. We want to promote inclusive learning to all of our students.

Failure to speak English will result in the students being asked to leave the class or the school. If you persistently speak a language other than English will result in the student being asked to leave their course permanently.
